Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education certification (Mild/Moderate)
• Orton-Gillingham certification required
• Previous school-based or special education experience strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted reading intervention using evidence-based strategies, including the Orton-Gillingham approach
• Provide specialized instruction and accommodations for students with mild to moderate learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate student records, progress monitoring, and effective communication with families
