Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Special Education certification (Mild/Moderate)
- Orton-Gillingham certification required
- Previous school-based or special education experience strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted reading intervention using evidence-based strategies, including the Orton-Gillingham approach
- Provide specialized instruction and accommodations for students with mild to moderate learning needs

- Maintain accurate student records, progress monitoring, and effective communication with families
