What You’ll Bring:

  • Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License (Primary Level)
  • Wilson Reading System Certification (required)
  • Experience delivering intensive reading interventions to students with learning disabilities is preferred
  • A passion for supporting students to become confident, successful readers
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction tailored to individual learning needs, using the Wilson Reading System
  • Monitor student progress and document outcomes
  • Cooperate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop optimal learning plans
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies
