What You Bring:

• Valid Special Education teaching license or certification
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for autism support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work with students in elementary, middle, or high school
• Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide tailored instruction and interventions to students with autism
• Develop individualized educational plans in collaboration with families and staff
• Track and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of special educators and support professionals
• Deliver services across two supportive campuses, allowing variety in day-to-day experiences
• Serve as an advocate, mentor, and resource for students, families, and colleagues
