Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of classroom experience required
• Active (or in-process) CDE license—must submit proof with your application

• Experience or passion for working with 18–21-year-old special education students

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 12 students at Boulder’s Transitions Center (full-time, onsite)
• Teach job readiness and independent living skills, both in-classroom and community settings
• Write and implement IEPs, conduct data collection, and develop Behavior Support Plans
• Collaborate with school staff and participate in enhancing transition programming
