We are partnering with a vibrant educational community seeking multiple compassionate, driven educators to fill full-time contract positions in a supportive environment.

You’ll play a crucial role in empowering students with exceptionalities, fostering growth, and collaborating with dedicated colleagues. Multiple openings are available, including a 6th-grade co-teaching assignment with a projected caseload of 11 students (SLD & OHI) and direct instruction roles serving K-3rd grade, with caseloads of around 10 students (OHI, AUT, SLD, ID, DD).

Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education
  • Experience or strong interest in co-teaching models and direct instruction
  • Positive, adaptable approach to diverse classrooms
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with exceptionalities such as SLD, OHI, AUT, ID, and DD preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver differentiated lesson plans targeting individual student needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide both academic and behavioral support in a nurturing environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
