• Skill in creating functional goals and post-secondary transition plans.
• Collaborative mindset for leading classroom support staff and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading and nurturing a Life Skills classroom, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Directing paraprofessionals and ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Crafting, updating, and managing IEPs tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs.
• Designing transition plans and functional goals with future independence in mind.
