Special Education Teacher - Boyd, Texas

In this position, you'll enjoy a consistent schedule from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM and the chance to either start with an elementary caseload or, if you have the flexibility, transition later in the year to a high school assignment. For versatile candidates with experience across grade levels, there’s potential to complete one assignment and take on a second coverage, extending your impact throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Demonstrated classroom experience with students with life skills needs, ideally in K-2 or high school settings
• Ability to manage small group caseloads (Role A: 4 elementary students; Role B: 5 high school students)
• Flexible and adaptable, ready to support multiple leave coverages if needed
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment
