Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or Early Childhood Education required
• Active Pennsylvania teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Special Education (SPED)
• Previous experience with early intervention or children ages 3–5 with disabilities highly preferred
• Ability to pass mandatory background checks: PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Criminal History, FBI Fingerprinting, and drug screening

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction based on student IEPs within an early intervention classroom
• Develop and implement lesson plans that address developmental and academic goals for young learners
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and support staff to promote comprehensive growth
• Maintain detailed records and clear communication regarding student progress and needs
