Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education certification for Mild/Moderate disabilities
• Orton-Gillingham certification is required
• Experience working in school-based environments strongly preferred

What You'll Do:

• Deliver targeted reading interventions using Orton-Gillingham and other proven methodologies
• Support instruction and learning objectives for students requiring mild/moderate special education services
• Assess student progress and adapt lesson plans to maximize growth
• Engage collaboratively with general educators, specialists, and support staff to ensure student success
• Maintain documentation and communication with families regarding progress and strategies
