Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Massachusetts Special Education certification (Mild/Moderate)
  • Orton-Gillingham certification
  • School-based teaching experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted reading interventions and specialized instruction for students with mild to moderate needs
  • Employ evidence-based literacy methodologies, including Orton-Gillingham
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure student growth and progress
  • Maintain detailed progress notes and communicate with families as needed
