Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid 165 or 165 CT Special Education PK-12 license (DSAP licenses not accepted)

- Background in special education resource or pull-out settings preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to create, implement, and adapt individualized education plans to meet diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction in a pull-out/resource setting for K–5 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction based on data and observation
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student goals and progress
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
