Qualifications:
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience teaching students in grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills

- Compassion, adaptability, and enthusiasm for student growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, individualized instruction tailored to students’ unique abilities and learning styles
- Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages academic, social, and emotional development
- Communicate regularly with families and faculty to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all special education regulations and procedures
