Multiple opportunities are available in both Inclusion and Sub Separate settings, with an immediate priority on Sub Separate classrooms. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including paraprofessionals, behavioral specialists (BCBAs), supervisors, and social workers—ensuring a high level of support for students and staff.

In this dynamic environment near Bridgewater, MA, you'll have the chance to address a range of student needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) challenges, making a real difference every day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching license or eligibility for licensure as a Special Education Teacher
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in special education settings
  • Familiarity with both inclusive and sub separate classroom structures
  • Collaborative spirit and comfort working with paraprofessionals and specialists
  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement with students, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and adapt curriculum to meet students’ IEP goals
  • Support students in both academic and social-emotional development

  • Engage with BCBAs, supervisors, and social workers for comprehensive student support
