Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education (SPED) licensure required
  • Experience with significant support needs (SSN) preferred
  • Passion for inclusive education and dedication to student development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with SSN
  • Collaborate with families, therapists, and staff to support holistic student success
  • Adapt curriculum and lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Maintain compliance with school and district policies
