Desired Experience and Requirements:

• Active CDE SPED (Special Education) licensure required
• Experience working with mild/moderate caseloads preferred
• Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide special education services to elementary students with mild/moderate needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
• Employ evidence-based teaching strategies to support student growth
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet students’ educational goals
• Maintain detailed records and ongoing communication regarding student progress
