Qualifications & Skills:

• Must hold valid CDE Special Education (SPED) licensure
• Prior experience with mild/moderate special needs caseloads preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Enthusiasm for providing individualized instruction and support

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide direct instruction to a mild/moderate caseload at Brantner Elementary
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and adjust strategies for goal achievement
• Communicate regularly with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
