What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Connecticut Special Education Certification with a 165 Endorsement
• Experience working with middle school students is highly valued
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs
• Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student achievement
• Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure success
• Create an environment where each student feels valued, empowered, and supported
