Key Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Department of Education License with a 165 Special Education Endorsement
• Minimum of two years of recent classroom experience, preferably in special education
• Strong background in developing, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Confident communicator who is comfortable participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educational teams
