Key Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Department of Education License with a 165 Special Education Endorsement
- Minimum of two years of recent classroom experience, preferably in special education
- Strong background in developing, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Confident communicator who is comfortable participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educational teams
