Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Massachusetts Special Education License is required
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction tailored to students’ IEP goals in either elementary or middle school settings
- Develop differentiated lesson plans and activities
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to the educational team
- Utilize creative strategies to engage students and support their unique learning styles
