Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Special Education certification (Mild/Moderate)
- Orton-Gillingham certification required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct reading intervention and special education support tailored to individual student needs
- Utilize evidence-based strategies, including Orton-Gillingham, to maximize student engagement and progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote a cohesive learning experience
