Grades 9 - 12 K-5 Special Ed Teacher | Brookings, South Dakota

A Special Education Teacher with experience in Grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12 is needed to support students in a school setting located in Brookings, SD. This contract position offers weekly pay along with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs across various grade levels.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and report on student performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
