Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs to support diverse learners
• Adapt curriculum content to meet varying ability levels

• Collect data on student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
• Advocate for and ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications for students
• Create a supportive and positive classroom climate
• Participate in professional development and school meetings
