What You’ll Need:
- Active Connecticut Special Education Teacher Certification for Grades 9–12
- Provisional licenses are not accepted
- Experience working with mild to moderate populations is preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct instruction and targeted interventions as guided by student IEPs
- Foster an inclusive classroom climate and work within resource settings
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers and support staff to meet student needs
- Track student growth, document progress, and modify instructional strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Encourage student independence, engagement, and confidence in their learning journey
