Special Education Teacher in Broomfield, CO

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish required
• Valid or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (please include documentation when applying)
• Minimum of one year classroom teaching experience
• Proven adaptability and willingness to collaborate within a team

Responsibilities:

• Manage a resource caseload for elementary students, providing specialized instruction and support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate regularly with general ed teachers, parents, and support personnel
• Maintain accurate student records and document progress toward goals
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment where all students are encouraged to achieve their best
