Special Education Teacher - Broomfield, Colorado

A full-time contract opportunity is available for an experienced Special Education Teacher to work onsite with an energetic and collaborative team. You will serve in a dedicated elementary classroom, providing individualized education for students with behavioral challenges, primarily those on the autism spectrum. This assignment offers access to an excellent multidisciplinary team—including paraeducators, a BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, and school psychologist/social worker—ensuring robust support for both students and staff.

This position runs from now through May 21, 2027, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact across multiple school years. You'll work with a set caseload of 11 students in a dynamic classroom setting.

What you bring:

• Active or pending Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (proof required with resume for consideration)
• Minimum of two years’ classroom experience with behaviorally challenged students, particularly those on the autism spectrum
• Flexible, collaborative mindset and a team-player attitude
• Commitment to supporting students using evidence-based strategies
• Willingness and ability to complete an in-person interview and campus tour as part of the process
