Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group pull-out services in reading and math across the K-8 spectrum
• Assess student needs and collaborate on Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain ongoing communication with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff
• Encourage student participation, growth, and independence
