Special Education Teacher in Brownsburg, IN

Current openings include:

Life Skills Teacher

• Hours: 7:20 a.m. – 3:10 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Serve an approximate caseload of 10–15 students
• Moderate Intervention certification required
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Foster independence, social skills, and functional academics in a supportive classroom
• Partner with families and related service providers for comprehensive student progress

Structured Teach (Autism Support) Teacher

• Hours: 8:20 a.m. – 4:10 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Serve an approximate caseload of 10–15 students
• Mild Intervention certification required
• Design a highly structured, visual-based classroom to support children with autism
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote communication, socialization, and self-regulation
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student potential

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Indiana teaching license with either Moderate or Mild Intervention certification (as specified for each role)
• Experience developing lesson plans, managing IEPs, and assessing student progress
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students build confidence and achieve individual goals
