As a Compliance Manager, you’ll be assigned to a dedicated K-8 school, working closely with teachers, case managers, and special education staff to maintain high standards across all special education services. The position prioritizes organizational excellence, documentation, and effective communication to help guarantee that all processes meet required guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification/license
- Background in school-based special education environments
- Expertise in IEP compliance, case management, and special education documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience conducting meetings and communicating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable with a mix of remote and onsite work (if applying as a hybrid candidate)
