Responsibilities
Plan and deliver individualized, developmentally appropriate instruction for preschool students with disabilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate student records.
Collaborate with families, therapists, related service providers, and school staff to support student growth.
Foster a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and behavior supports.
Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate (Early Childhood Special Education endorsement preferred or ability to obtain).
Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
