We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Preschool Special Education Teacher to join our team in Buckeye, Arizona. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting preschool-aged children with diverse learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized, developmentally appropriate instruction for preschool students with disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate student records.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, related service providers, and school staff to support student growth.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and behavior supports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate (Early Childhood Special Education endorsement preferred or ability to obtain).
• Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping young children reach their full potential.
