Special Education Teacher - Buda, TX

These roles are tailored to educators passionate about inclusive education and individualized instruction.

Available positions include:

• High School Focus Teacher: Guide students in an inclusive behavior program. Support learners who benefit from structured redirection and a calming environment to encourage positive behavior and engagement.
• Elementary Inclusion/Resource Teacher: Collaborate with general education teachers to co-deliver instruction and provide resource room support. Adapt and modify lessons to ensure all students access the same curriculum with the accommodations they need.
• Elementary & High School Alternate Curriculum (Lifeskills) Teacher: Provide specialized instruction for students with cognitive impairments who require an adapted curriculum. Foster independence and life skills alongside academic development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification for the state of Texas.
• Experience with inclusive classrooms, life skills, or behavior management preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Creative approach to instruction and a commitment to adapting content for diverse learning styles.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
