• Expertise in tailoring lesson plans to meet IEP goals and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized instruction for pre-school-aged students within an adaptive education framework
• Work approximately 20 hours per week (49% FTE), focusing on maximizing each child's developmental, academic, and social potential
• Develop and maintain accurate IEP records and progress reports
• Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure a consistent and nurturing classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families to discuss progress and strategies for success at school and at home
• Support students with varying abilities in developing essential skills for future learning
