Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) for elementary grade levels
• Experience or demonstrated success in inclusion or co-teaching settings

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload averaging 15 students, ensuring timely completion of IEPs and related documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create and adapt lesson plans, interventions, and accommodations
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Utilize assessment data to monitor progress, inform instruction, and communicate student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities
