Key Qualifications:

• Idaho State Teacher Certification with Special Education Endorsement
• Experience working with students with varying disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Openness to teamwork and collaboration with staff, families, and support personnel

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education programs tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment for students with disabilities in grades K–12
• Work closely with other educators, therapists, and staff to ensure coordinated care and support
• Adapt instructional materials and teaching strategies to reach students at different functional levels
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and school district regulations, including accurate record-keeping and progress monitoring
