  • Kindergarten Instructional Caseload
  • 1st Grade Instructional Caseload

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
  • Experience with elementary instructional caseloads preferred
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Flexibility, strong communication, and collaborative spirit

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to meet diverse student needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Utilize creative strategies and accommodations to support student success
  • Track and report on student progress, adapting plans as necessary
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
