Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education License required
• Previous experience supporting students with severe, multiple, physical, medical, and global delays strongly preferred
• Proficiency with full personal care including diaper changing
• Passion for fostering growth in children, ages Pre-K to 2nd Grade
• Strong communication and adaptability in diverse educational environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to a small caseload (5–8 students) in a self-contained classroom
• Deliver individualized and compassionate personal care, supporting students with complex needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and families to develop and implement IEPs
