Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License required
- Experience supporting students with severe, multiple, physical, and/or global delays
- Ability to provide personal care, including diaper changing and comprehensive support
- Passionate about working with early childhood and elementary-aged learners
Responsibilities:
- Instruct and support a classroom of 5–8 students (PK-2) in a self-contained special education setting
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and care strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff
- Deliver full personal care and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
