Roles are located near Burnsville, MN, with placements offered in developmental cognitive disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism, and specific learning disabilities. Both in-person and select hybrid options are available based on the role and school site.

Desired qualifications:

• Current, active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
• Experience in at least one area: developmental cognitive disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or specific learning disabilities
• Previous experience in public schools preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Candidates with previous district employment must have a positive record without conflicts or adverse separations

What you'll do:

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to students’ unique needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement lesson plans that support the academic, behavioral, and social development of students
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and support staff
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences
• Adapt teaching methods or materials to meet students’ diverse needs
