What We’re Looking For:

  • Current Special Education Teaching license (appropriate credentials for K–12 special education)
  • Experience working with early childhood or kindergarten-aged students, especially in center-based classrooms
  • Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, paraprofessionals, and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt instruction and interventions to diverse learning styles and developmental needs
  • Positive and proactive mindset, fostering a supportive classroom culture

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specialized instruction tailored to small caseloads of 5–8 students
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, adjusting strategies as needed
