What We’re Looking For:
- Current Special Education Teaching license (appropriate credentials for K–12 special education)
- Experience working with early childhood or kindergarten-aged students, especially in center-based classrooms
- Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, paraprofessionals, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt instruction and interventions to diverse learning styles and developmental needs
- Positive and proactive mindset, fostering a supportive classroom culture
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement specialized instruction tailored to small caseloads of 5–8 students
