Qualifications:

• Valid Level 3 Minnesota Special Education Teacher License (required for both positions)
• Experience teaching in either an elementary or middle school classroom, depending on role
• Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
• Ability to create differentiated lesson plans tailored to a variety of learning needs
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Proactive, adaptive, and creative problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective instructional strategies aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Manage a caseload of students with diverse learning needs within the appropriate grade level classroom
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and monitor student progress
• Facilitate IEP meetings and maintain accurate records and progress reports
