What you’ll bring:

• Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)

• Dedication to patient, compassionate instruction in a school environment

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Case manage a caseload of approximately 20 students (per full-time role)
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with paraprofessionals and behavioral aides to deliver targeted support
• Engage in regular collaboration with teachers, specialists, and families
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
