This full-time, onsite contract position spans the academic year from August 19, 2026, through May 18, 2027, offering a meaningful opportunity to help shape the lives of students with diverse academic and behavioral needs.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education
• Minnesota Special Education Licensure required for service in Federal Settings 1-3 (K-8 or K-4 necessary)
• Holds a valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 teaching license
• Additional licensure in ASD, DCD, or ABS
• Experience working with elementary-aged students with both academic and behavioral needs is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement established student management policies throughout classroom and campus settings
• Develop and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons aligned with state curriculum standards
• Collaborate in creating and refining curriculum standards and instructional mapping
• Ensure comprehensive support for all students’ IEPs, adapting instruction and interventions as needed inside and outside of the classroom
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that respects and encourages student growth in all areas
