Required Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Teaching Credential in one of the following:
- Special Education: ASD, Developmental Disabilities, Early Childhood, Emotional Behavioral Disorders, Learning Disabilities, or Academic & Behavioral Strategist (ABS optional).
- Strong experience with behavior plans, problem-solving, and instructional adaptation.
- Proven track record of excellent attendance.
- Effective collaboration with other SPED and general education staff.
- Comfortable managing and scheduling paraprofessionals and supporting behavior-focused programs.
- Open to onsite-only assignments from August 17, 2026, through June 3, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor IEPs for assigned caseloads.
- Utilize strong instructional and behavior management skills.
- Support ASD and DCD center-based programs across elementary and middle school settings.
- Collaborate with educators and paraprofessionals to deliver optimal services.
