Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota teaching credential with one of the following special education licenses:

  • Early Childhood
  • Emotional Behavioral Disorders
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Academic & Behavioral Strategist (ABS license optional but welcome)
• Proven expertise with behavior strategies and individualized behavior plans
• Demonstrated strong instructional skills and problem-solving abilities
• Track record of reliable attendance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow special and general educators, as well as paraprofessionals

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and behavioral support for students in resource and center-based programs
• Adhere to established classroom routines and structures
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
