Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide differentiated instruction to students in grades K-3, adapting lessons to suit multiple ability levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to address each student's unique needs
- Collaborate closely with three classroom paraprofessionals, ensuring cohesive support for all learners
