There are openings for both elementary (K-2 all subjects; 3rd-6th grade ELA) and middle school (ELA and Math) educators. Candidates will serve groups of 10-12 students, building meaningful connections and delivering specialized support. Qualifications:
- Valid and active Special Education Teacher Licensure
- Experience teaching students with dyslexia
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in elementary or middle school settings
- Proficiency in differentiating instruction for smaller groups
- Ability to collaborate with various school professionals and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction in either ELA, math, or all subjects (depending on grade level assignment)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain close communication with parents and support staff
- Address unique learning needs with differentiated, evidence-based strategies
- Monitor academic progress for a caseload of 10-12 students
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom culture
Position Details:
- Contract role, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
- School year runs from August 5, 2026, through June 2, 2027
