As a key member of the school community, you will:
- Deliver individualized reading interventions grounded in evidence-based practices such as the Orton-Gillingham approach
- Provide specialized support and accommodations for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and educators
- Track student progress, adapting strategies for maximum impact
- Work side-by-side with general education teachers, support staff, and district teams to foster inclusive learning environments

To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- A valid Massachusetts Special Education certification (Mild/Moderate)
- Certification in Orton-Gillingham methodology
- Prior experience working in school settings strongly preferred
