Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License (Primary Level)
• Wilson Reading System Certification is required
• Preferred experience: delivering intensive reading interventions for students with learning disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized academic support and individualized instruction to students with special needs
• Design and implement targeted reading interventions using research-based strategies
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and your agency team to ensure student progress
• Monitor and document students’ growth and adapt interventions as necessary
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports each student’s learning goals
