What you bring:

  • Special Education licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Recent experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and case management
  • Experience working in self-contained, co-teaching, and/or resource classrooms preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and families
  • Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt resources to meet individual learning goals

  • Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varied abilities and needs
  • Manage the IEP process, including creating, updating, and monitoring educational plans
