Early Childhood Special Education Teacher – Camden, DE

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking an Early Childhood SPED Teacher to support preschool learners with a range of developmental and academic needs. The role emphasizes early intervention, communication skill-building, and structured play-based instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction addressing communication, behavior, motor, and pre-academic skills

• Write and maintain IEPs for early childhood students

• Implement progress monitoring and developmental assessments

• Work closely with early childhood teams and families

• Ensure a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Active Delaware SPED Certification

• Preschool/early childhood background preferred

• Strong collaboration and early intervention knowledge

Compensation & Benefits:
