Special Education Teacher Full Time

Special Education Teacher 

A dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher is needed for an upcoming assignment. This role focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs and providing individualized instruction in a structured, collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday

• Typical school-day hours

• Work with a caseload of students based on their IEPs

• Provide direct instruction, academic support, and behavioral guidance

• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

• Implement evidence-based strategies to meet student goals

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Active Special Education teaching certification

• Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred)

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt instruction to meet each student’s unique needs
