Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Michigan CI or ASD Special Education teaching license required—please ensure licensure is up to date.
• Experience working with students in ASD or CI classrooms, or providing resource room support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators, staff, and families.
• Dedicated to fostering an inclusive, engaging environment for diverse learners.
• Adaptable, compassionate, and proactive in addressing student needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with student requirements.
• Deliver small group and individualized instruction tailored to the needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and support staff to provide a well-rounded educational experience.
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in meetings with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student progress and support.
