Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working in school settings, preferably in long-term assignments
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Ability to foster a positive, supportive classroom climate

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with a range of learning differences
• Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes based on established goals
• Engage with faculty, staff, and parents to promote student success
• Participate in professional meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements
