Grades K - 5 Grades 6 - 8 Special Education Teacher in Carlisle, PA

With a consistent 37.5-hour weekly schedule and a long-term assignment running through June 2027, you’ll have the stability and routine to develop meaningful professional relationships with your students and colleagues.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Instructional I or II Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher Certification, or near completion (emergency licenses not accepted)
• Experience supporting grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12 in special education settings
• Proven skills in managing diverse caseloads, including autism and learning support
• Strong understanding of IEP development and educational compliance
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:
